52 Weeks- Week 6: Such Great Heights

As I was walking out to grab a mic from Carter, I overheard my roommate, Luke, playing this song through the door. I knew I had to make a video of him singing. The video is cut with parts of Luke’s room and shots from Pacific Spirit Park.

The song is Such Great Heights, originally sung by EDIT: The Postal Service Iron and Wine (I knew it! Thanks for all the corrections)

EDIT: It’s actually in HD ps: The video is in SD because apparently I’ve reached my max upload limit for the week!

52 Weeks- Week 5: Million Voices

This week features a track made by Jason McManus.

It also features a quick time lapse, coffee with friends, beers with friends, some camera porn and a whole great deal of laughs.

This was an incredibly packed week and an incredibly withdrawn weekend. Here’s a little something I was playing around with earlier in the week:

52 Weeks- Week 3: Saturday Nights

Typical university night.

Costumes, trivia, dictionary, never have I ever, peanut butter and some debauchery. Big thanks to Colton and Tegan for filming some of these clips. Enjoy.

52 Weeks- Week 2: Good Winter

Bon Iver, good winter.

It’s been an incredible winter so far. Week 2 features our first snowfall in the new year, time spent getting inspired at the SLC, catching up with some incredible people on campus, making swiss char(d) pie and dinner with the family. I feel inspired after what started off as a more or less mundane week, ready for the next semester. Always feeling blessed.

Something I came across: ‎”we need someone to get us off the internet and remind us that real life is much more fun.”

So do it. Get out off your seat, go outside and catch up with a friend. Remember that a Facebook conversation, a tweet, and a text isn’t a substitue for a conversation. Put away your cell phone and be in the present, take in the moments and enjoy what’s left of your precious life.
